Building Emotional Intelligence

September 21, 2015 By Leave a Comment

As caregivers or parents, not knowing how to help our loved ones can be a big source of stress and discomfort for ourselves. Here are some great tips and examples of what sort of things you can say and do to help someone who experiences anxiety and panic attacks. We wanted to share a great article with you: http://www.heysigmund.com/building-emotional-intelligence-what-to-say-to-children-with-anxiety/
