We provide support for youth, families, individuals and workplaces through programs that promote positive mental health and support recovery. Here is a highlight of a few of the programs that CMHA Kelowna offers.
Operated by CMHA Kelowna, Foundry Kelowna supports young peoples’ well-being so they can find the help they need, when they need it. Foundry Kelowna is an integrated clinic that unites partner organizations to provide services addressing the primary care, mental health, substance use, counselling and social service needs of youth 12 – 24 years old and their families.
Discovery College is for anyone and everyone who wants to gain confidence to face life’s challenges. Our courses are developed and delivered in collaboration with people who have knowledge and personal experience in each topic area creating an empowering learning environment where genuine people can share knowledge and practical tools.
The rising cost of living means that there are many people who are only a paycheque or two away from not being able to pay their rent. Through the Central Okanagan Rent Bank we are able to help increase housing stability in our community for individuals who are experiencing short-term financial difficulties.
