March 22, 2017 By Leave a Comment

We’ve been chosen as a finalist for Volunteer Organization of the Year in the City of Kelowna’s 42nd annual Civic & Community Awards! This is a huge honour and we want to thank our volunteers for their support, hard work, and dedication. Congratulations to all of the other award nominees!

The City of Kelowna’s annual award ceremony recognizes volunteers, artists, athletes and business leaders that made significant contributions to the city. The award recipients from each category will be revealed at the Civic & Community Awards Gala on Wednesday, May 10 at the Kelowna Community Theatre.

Tickets for the gala are now available from the city at a cost of $25 per person. To purchase tickets, please call 250-469-8800.

Did you know that National Volunteer Week is April 23-29? If you would like to get involved and help us create a mentally healthy Kelowna, click here to learn more or email our Volunteer Coordinator, Denise Scott.
