Foundry Kelowna’s Wellness on Wheels

Since opening in 2017 Foundry Kelowna, operated by CMHA Kelowna, has fundamentally changed the way we serve youth in our community who need help. Foundry Kelowna’s Wellness on Wheels is a first of its kind in BC, mobile unit that provides health and mental health care to young people 12-24 years old in West Kelowna, Westbank First Nation, and Lake Country. The wellness on wheels service initially will be reaching out to youth in these communities, providing drop-in counselling and navigation supports with plans to expand service levels the end of the summer 2021.
