Volunteer
When Canadians volunteer, everyone benefits. That is the magic of volunteering; it creates value for all. From opportunities to develop new skills, to finding deep and meaningful personal connections, volunteering positively impacts all involved.
CMHA Kelowna is a volunteer-driven organization that depends on people like you to help us to develop our vision and provide services to our community. We provide a place for people to contribute to something meaningful, follow their passion, and build skills and friendships.
CMHA Kelowna couldn’t be sustainable and as deeply embedded in our community without our passionate and dedicated volunteers. We are grateful for the commitment of 186 volunteers who provided 3,241 hours of service in 2019!
Whether serving as board members, knowledge philanthropists, event planners, group facilitators, or fundraising in the community at events, volunteers are the life-blood of our organization and they make it possible for us to be sustainable and relevant in our community.
Due to COVID-19 our current event and program volunteer opportunities are limited. To find out what opportunities may be available, please click below.
New board members are recruited annually just prior to the AGM in June. If you are interested in finding more about our Board of Directors, please click below.
