Re-Framing Stress

Re-framing stress as something positive is difficult but can be very beneficial. Stress is a natural part of life – it can encourage you to strategize and grow, but it can also feel overwhelming. What if you considered your stress to be something that shows you care? That you are learning and taking chances to accomplish great things? Maybe stress can be a good thing?
